SERVICE OF PROCESS

At Morales & Morales, we are registered and insured professional process servers providing excellent service and communication to our clients. Attempting to serve can be daunting and finding the right process server to make sure the legal documents are correctly served can make all the difference. Our process server will make every attempt to serve the document along with providing you, our client, the peace of mind that the proof of service is completed and filed in the appropriate court, if needed.

 
Service of Process
Standard service – 3-5 days
Priority Service – 1-3 days
Rush or Same day Service
*All service of process orders are limited to 1 address per order.

 
Each level of service will have 3 attempts to serve included with the price. Client must provide a valid address. Services only includes attempts at the provided location.
If additional location or serve is needed, please let us know and we can work with you!

** additional rates may apply for remote area
** each address is a separate charge
** additional rates may apply for weekend or specific date/time requests
 
Every serve and every case is different. Please contact us for clarification by submitting a request (to the right) to get things rolling. Our Process Serving Team will respond with a quote and further instructions.

Skip Trace – Don’t have an address or know where the other party is? We can help locate the other party, if needed.


Field Skip-Trace – Used to obtain additional addresses for service. $100 per hour up to 2 hours max.
